Nicki’s yoga class caters for men and women of all ages and all abilities from complete beginner and those with limitations in physical movement to more experienced students.

Each person works at their own level according to their current needs without force or strain in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment.

Yoga has been proven to release physical and mental tension, reduce pain, improve stamina and flexibility and promote a sense of calm, clarity and wellbeing through the practice of moving towards postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
