Yoga Tuesday Mornings 11.00 – 12.15
Use the practices of yoga to enhance wellbeing, build strength, flexibility and retain mobility through all stages of life. This way of working is from inside, being curious about the body and inquiring, using the yoga postures as a means of undoing old tensions. It is a continuous journey of learning, enquiring and discovery which uncovers the beauty of the body and the breath.
All welcome irrespective of age, experience, or mobility.
