At Train With Jules, I help inactive, busy and stressed women over 40 start moving again, build confidence and to feel happier and healthier — even if you haven’t exercised in years.

I’m a female personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 20 years’ experience empowering women to overcome barriers, rebuild confidence, and make fitness a sustainable part of life. 

You’ll find a supportive, judgment-free environment where every workout is tailored to your needs — whether you’re easing back into activity, want to reduce stress, or simply want more energy and confidence. 

🔥 What I Offer on Tuesday Evenings:

  • Personal Training: One-to-one coaching to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce stress with a programme designed just for you.  
  • Group Fitness Classes: Mat Pilates, Functional Circuits, Run, Walk & Strength and seasonal Barre Classes. With my years of experience I’ll offer you plenty of modifications to focus on what you can do. Every session is designed to empower you and build confidence.
  • Train With Jules On Demand: A flexible online library of workouts you can do at home or on the go — ideal for busy schedules and unpredictable days.  
  • Spring 2026 Couch to 5K Course: A beginner-friendly running programme that gently builds stamina, confidence and enjoyment of movement.
